Rear is culture, border is centre

Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport and  "Little Singers of Armenia" Children's Philharmonic  are  holding a choir festival entitled with "Song and Love" in Syunik, from June 10-17 in Artsakh within the framework of "Rear is culture, border is centre" program.  The final concerts will take place on June 11, at 19:00, in the Stepanakert Culture and Youth Palace and  on June 15, at 19:00, in the Kapan Cultural Center. 17 choirs from Syunik and Artsakh and the  "Little Singers of Armenia" choir will participate in the event. Admission is free.
